* The above prices are based on a minimum of 7 NIGHTS.
For reservations of 2, 3, 4, 5 or 6 nights, please consult first for prices and availability.
* Discounts: Please consult for possible discounts or offers on long stay holidays, advance bookings, or others !!!
* Breakage deposit, (40€ per adult) payable on arrival and collection of key at Reception. Refundable on departure.
* Requests. These will be attended to whenever possible. We cannot guarantee any request.
* It is not permitted to exceed the number of people stated on the reservation.
* CHARACTERISTICS -All apartments are fully equipped, including fridge and Linens, large glassed in balcony with patio style furniture. All apartments have Port and Sea views and are situated near to the Center of the OldTown, in a tranquil zone and just crossing the road you’ll get to the beach. Swimming pool with large garden surrounding, separate sun terrace with loungers. Occasional entertainment in Bar, serving drinks and snacks. Safe deposit Box, T.V., Self Service Laundry. Parking facility, tennis, all available for rent at Reception.
(Animals not permitted).

(Rigorous control of all occupants in the building and possible risks, …, fires, etc., etc..)
*** Change of towels every 4 days, cleaning (not Kitchen) with change of towels and sheets every 7days (weekly).
